Unlock liquidity without selling your assets.
Deposit tokenized stock and borrow against it — up to 97% of value on the most liquid collateral, powered by competitive real-time liquidation. You see a limit, what you have used and what is left; the collateral factors and borrow indexes stay in the protocol layer where they belong.
POTUS Credit is specified, not shipped. The contracts behind it are skeletons with no implementation, nothing is deployed or audited, and figures marked illustrative are examples from the specification rather than committed parameters. Spec: README Sections 13-14, 17-19, 23-25, 48-49, 51.
How it works
Deposit
Pledge eligible Robinhood Stock Tokens. They stay yours — collateral, not a sale.
Collateral is valued
Onchain Chainlink feeds price each token, adjusted for the corporate-action multiplier that tracks splits and dividends.
A limit is set
Each asset carries its own collateral factor, so steady index exposure supports more credit than a concentrated volatile position.
Borrow and repay
Draw USDG up to your limit. Repaying restores capacity without redepositing — a revolving line, not a fixed-term loan.
What could you borrow?
Enter a portfolio and see the line it would support. Each asset contributes at its own tier’s rate, so the blended figure is usually below the headline 97%.
Your portfolio
Enter what you hold. Every asset borrows at its own tier's rate.
Estimated credit $192,000, 96.0% of $200,000.
- Portfolio value
- $200,000
- Liquidation value
- $195,500
- Bad debt above
- 100% LTV
Drawn in full, this portfolio could fall 1.8% before the position becomes liquidatable.
Launch appAn estimate, not an offer. Uses target parameters that are not audited or risk-modelled, and there is no deployed protocol to extend credit.
What you get
Revolving, not fixed-term
No maturity date and no re-application. Capacity returns as you repay.
Risk-adjusted per asset
Volatility, liquidity, trading status, oracle quality and liquidation depth all feed the collateral factor.
Health factor you can read
Liquidation value divided by debt. Above 1 is healthy; below 1 a position can be liquidated.
Halt-aware
If an asset is halted, repayment and deposits can stay open while new borrowing against it pauses.
What you borrow is a real dollar
POTUSFI issues no stablecoin. You draw USDG — the dollar already circulating on Robinhood Chain — so it spends at every other venue there, not only here. Nothing is minted against your collateral.
Losses have an order
Seized collateral, then the insurance reserve, then the pool's own reserves, then lenders — stated up front rather than discovered in an incident.
Specification
| Parameter | Specification details |
|---|---|
| Protocol maximum LTV | 97%A ceiling, not a promise. 97% is what the deepest, most liquid collateral earns; actual LTV is set per asset by volatility, liquidity, oracle quality and liquidation performance. |
| Max LTV by tier | Very liquid 97% · Large cap 96% · High vol 94-95% · Very high vol 92-94% · Lower liquidity 85-90%SPY 97% · AAPL/MSFT/AMZN 96% · NVDA 95% · TSLA 93%. |
| Liquidation threshold | Tier 1 98% · Tier 2 97% · Tier 3 96-97% · Tier 4 92-95%Always above the collateral factor. Liquidation begins here — it is not the point of insolvency. |
| Bad debt boundary | 100% LTVThe gap between the liquidation threshold and 100% is the margin liquidation has to work inside: 2 points on Tier 1. |
| Liquidation | Competitive liquidator bots, partial and incrementalA capped share of any one position may be closed per block, which is what makes a thin buffer workable. Deeply underwater positions are the exception: below a set health factor they may go whole, because chipping at a position no bot will finish is worse for everyone. |
| Oracle | Real-time / low-latencyAt these thresholds, price latency is the binding risk — a stale feed is the difference between liquidation and bad debt. |
| Risk controls | Asset-specific caps + supply caps |
| Health factor | Liquidation value ÷ debt |
| Borrowed asset | USDG, from the lending pool0x5fc5360D0400a0Fd4f2af552ADD042D716F1d168 on Robinhood Chain mainnet — not issued by POTUSFI. Debt is kept in its 6 decimals; the market scales to the risk engine's 18 at the boundary. |
| What can refuse a borrow | Liquidity · the borrow cap · borrowing power · a guardian pauseA pool can be lent out. That is the cost of not issuing a currency, and the card runbook treats a liquidity refusal as a normal state. |
