POTUSFI
Planned for Phase 2

Own a piece of the monetary system.

Borrow rates, collateral factors, supply caps, reserves and treasury allocation are all set by governance. Because those levers are real, membership is finite — 20,500 GOV NFTs — and transfers run through a protocol auction rather than the open market.

Governance is specified, not shipped. The contracts behind it are skeletons with no implementation, nothing is deployed or audited, and figures marked illustrative are examples from the specification rather than committed parameters. Spec: README Sections 29-39, 65-67.

Process flow

How it works

  1. Hold a GOV NFT

One of 20,500 memberships. Not collateral, not a payment token.

  2. Propose and vote

Proposals move through a voting delay, a voting period and a quorum check.

  3. A timelock delays execution

Passed proposals queue before taking effect, so users can react before a privileged change lands.

  4. Parameters update

Execution reaches the protocol — for example moving the kink of the USDG rate curve.

Features

What you get

  • Non-transferable by default

Direct ERC-721 transfers are disabled; ownership changes run through the POTUS auction instead.

  • A governance marketplace

Because membership can only move through the auction, price discovery and the protocol fee both happen in one place.

  • Risk-tiered

Routine fee changes, rate changes and moving the pool's reserves do not carry the same quorum or delay.

  • A guardian that can only pause

Emergency powers can halt borrowing, but cannot move the pool's money, drain treasury or change ownership.
